Bluebell Community Development Project (CDP) is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded funding as part of the Music Capital Scheme. This scheme, managed by Music Network and supported by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport, and Media, is designed to help musicians and community groups across Ireland purchase musical instruments.
Minister Catherine Martin highlighted the importance of this scheme in fostering inclusivity and supporting community-driven music projects like those at Bluebell CDP. This award is a significant step towards nurturing local talent and expanding access to the arts in the Bluebell community.
The funding will enhance Bluebell CDP’s capacity to support local music initiatives, ensuring that residents have access to high-quality instruments and the opportunity to engage more deeply with music.
